Marcos Regis started the match with the kick off. Epifanio Caradaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Genaro Caitano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Epifanio Caradaro ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 41st minute Marcos Regis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Caitano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonatan Fe was the one to do the kick off. Epifanio Caradaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Genaro Caitano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. If Bonifacio Videl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Genaro Caitano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epifanio Caradaro in the 74th minute of the match. After 80 played minutes Sora United got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Videl. In the 81st minute, Marcos Regis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Sora United's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Larpe came free, but Genaro Caitano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Genaro Caitano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aldo Larpe went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 92 minutes into the match, Sora United's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Regis came free, but Genaro Caitano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Curapaligüé AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sora United had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
