Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tablada AFC's Florencio Francis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tomás Beltran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Gaspar Vela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9thth minute of the game Florencio Francis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. Leones Verdes's Hugo Marino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 14 minutes into the match, C.A. Leones Verdes's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Domingues came free, but Hugo Marino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Florencio Francis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hugo Marino was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Siro Domingues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Hugo Marino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute Siro Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Marino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adolfo Unax hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Tablada AFC's Florencio Francis got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute, C.A. Leones Verdes's Tomás Beltran dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After having played for 38 minutes, Tomás Beltran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. Leones Verdes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás Beltran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaspar Vela was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cornelio Chayo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 40 minute of play. If Adolfo Unax had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adolfo Unax stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Cornelio Chayo came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the C.A. Leones Verdes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cornelio Chayo couldn't finish the play. Adolfo Unax sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Adolfo Unax got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. C.A. Leones Verdes's Adolfo Unax got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Tablada AFC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Natalio Modestio hit a great ball. Adolfo Unax received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Gaspar Vela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Adolfo Unax put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gaspar Vela. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tablada AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ivan Alonso was slow to take the kick. During this time C.A. Leones Verdes's players had a chance to rest. Florencio Francis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hugo Marino came out and tried to block the shot, but Florencio Francis slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 77th minute. After a rather tough play, Tablada AFC's Natalio Modestio got a free kick in the 80th minute. 85 minutes into the game, Victoriano Francesco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tablada AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A. Leones Verdes the free kick. After 85 played minutes Tablada AFC got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Francesco. After having played for 94 minutes, Adolfo Unax managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. Leones Verdes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adolfo Unax was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Siro Domingues who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Hugo Marino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the C.A. Leones Verdes players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
