Eugenio Rencio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Luisito Nerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Florencio Bartuelo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 18 minutes had been played. Amado Rencio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eugenio Rencio having to make a save. 23 minutes into the match, Tambillo's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Nerio came free, but Eriberto Lizer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luisito Nerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Eriberto Lizer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Luisito Nerio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pasto da Grama FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luisito Nerio got free with Eriberto Lizer in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Tambillo's zone, Luisito Nerio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Lizer came out of the goal and Luisito Nerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute Luisito Nerio suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Pascual Guilabertus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 74 minutes, Pascual Guilabertus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pasto da Grama FC and the Tambillo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pasto da Grama FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Pascual Guilabertus hit a great ball. Dionisio Isaio was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 78th minute. Pasto da Grama FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Martin Tajo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Rencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Rencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
