After having played for 5 minutes, Carolo Quirce managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CALLE 14's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carolo Quirce was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 5th match minute, Tolloche FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Gaizkine to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Dionisio Ostargi managed to get in a good position for a shot. CALLE 14's supporters rose to their feet, but Dionisio Ostargi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Lucian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Tolloche FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Inocencio Breogan hit a great ball. After 11 played minutes CALLE 14 got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Froila. 14 minutes into the match, Tolloche FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Arotza came free, but Marco Lucian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Edelmiro Arotza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Lucian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Lucian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Arotza, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Donato Izotz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Monte went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Igor Monte might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donato Izotz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Igor Monte ran back to his position shaking his head. When Igor Monte came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Tolloche FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Monte couldn't finish the play. When Humberto Irrintzi came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Tolloche FC fans jumped to their feet. Donato Izotz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Monte's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, Tolloche FC's Santo Gaizkine got a free kick in the 31st minute. Dionisio Ostargi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. CALLE 14's Donato Izotz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Irrintzi in the 40th minute of play. Humberto Irrintzi struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Donato Izotz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tolloche FC. Igor Monte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Igor Monte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Izotz having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edelmiro Arotza to make the kick off. 60 minutes into the match, CALLE 14's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Irrintzi came free, but Donato Izotz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Lucian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionisio Ostargi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Donato Izotz made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Igor Monte sent off a good shot on target. In the 78th minute of the match Fermin Laurgain sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Donato Izotz skillfully saved the ball. Edelmiro Arotza scored 1-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Lucian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Igor Monte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donato Izotz made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Igor Monte sent off a good shot on target. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
