The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernan Palos helped the player get up and apologised. Fernan Palos hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. ClubAtleticoRiverPlate's Teodosio Tome proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save ClubAtleticoRiverPlate from getting a goal against them. 5 minutes into the game, Rosendo Silbestre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ClubAtleticoRiverPlate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sañogasta the free kick. The supporters of Sañogasta booed when ClubAtleticoRiverPlate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosendo Silbestre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacinto Santana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ClubAtleticoRiverPlate's Guido Beat got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Romeo Etor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prudencio Bastia came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by ClubAtleticoRiverPlate's Guido Beat. But to his dismay, Guido Beat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Sañogasta booed when ClubAtleticoRiverPlate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Palban didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cirilo Ixona kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santo Martxelin got free with Teodosio Tome in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Victorino Onofre managed to get in a good position for a shot. ClubAtleticoRiverPlate's supporters rose to their feet, but Victorino Onofre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prudencio Bastia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guido Beat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Prudencio Bastia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Hipolito Palban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacinto Santana, 46 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Teodosio Tome made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Silban in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

55 minutes into the game, Victorino Onofre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ClubAtleticoRiverPlate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sañogasta the free kick. A collision led to ClubAtleticoRiverPlate getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Victorino Onofre hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Etor in the 57th minute of play forced ClubAtleticoRiverPlate's goalkeeper Teodosio Tome to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 58 played minutes ClubAtleticoRiverPlate got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Onofre. If Aureliano Silban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guido Beat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Prudencio Bastia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prudencio Bastia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Beat in the 68th minute of the match. After 77 minutes of play, Sañogasta's Aureliano Silban made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teodosio Tome was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Sañogasta booed when ClubAtleticoRiverPlate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Palban didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 84 played minutes, Sañogasta's Jacinto Santana shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Teodosio Tome came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sañogasta reached it. Guido Beat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Bastia having to interfere. If Aureliano Silban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sañogasta's Prudencio Bastia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Onofre in the 92nd minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
