Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Guaberto Sedeni took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tipán AFC's Siro Reynardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Sedeni in the 3rd minute of play. The attack was good, but when Guaberto Sedeni in the 10th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Guaberto Sedeni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Reynardo having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Guaberto Sedeni managed to get in a good position for a shot. River Plate's supporters rose to their feet, but Guaberto Sedeni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Siro Reynardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. River Plate's Isaac Herensuge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Machado in the 26th minute of play. Silvestre Panpili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Siro Reynardo came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by River Plate's Julian Inko. But to his dismay, Julian Inko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 44th minute Remigio Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Herensuge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Inko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Remigio Machado to strike the kick off in the second half. Tipán AFC's Silvestre Panpili got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Siro Reynardo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guaberto Sedeni went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Julian Inko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Siro Reynardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guaberto Sedeni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Reynardo having to interfere. Isaac Herensuge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigio Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximino Urbez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Siro Reynardo. Tipán AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. River Plate's Isaac Herensuge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save River Plate from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, River Plate's Filomeno Oton got a free kick in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the match, River Plate's goalkeeper Isaac Herensuge had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvestre Panpili. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. River Plate had won after a very even match.
