Javier Matei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ruperto Luix's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Javier Matei was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Adrian Tello took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Javier Matei. Javier Matei dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Medina in the 23rd minute of play forced Barcala FC's goalkeeper Freddy Abaunza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Javier Matei made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Adrian Tello sent off a good shot on target. Geronimo Medina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Barcala FC booed when Boliche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Sandalio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38thth minute of the game Braulio Maiorga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boliche's Javier Matei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Geronimo Medina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Abaunza having to interfere. Barcala FC's Freddy Abaunza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Sandalio in the 45th minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Santos Corderro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boliche's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barcala FC the free kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Geronimo Medina was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Boliche's Geronimo Sandalio got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the game, Geronimo Medina was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boliche's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barcala FC the free kick. In the 54th minute, Geronimo Medina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute, Geronimo Medina fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Freddy Abaunza, passed just outside the right post. Geronimo Sandalio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Freddy Abaunza when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Boliche getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Victor Gines hit a great ball. In the 67th minute Adrian Tello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Matei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Freddy Abaunza managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Boliche's Geronimo Sandalio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Boliche getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Santos Corderro hit a great ball. Freddy Abaunza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geronimo Sandalio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute, Adrian Tello made a precise shot to the right of Javier Matei. Boliche's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Freddy Abaunza made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Geronimo Sandalio sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot by Benigno Bordat from long distance, 92 minutes into the match, got Freddy Abaunza's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Adrian Tello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Matei having to interfere. Barcala FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Boliche for a fine match.
