Emilio Luzaide made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Luis Rufo sent off a good shot on target. If Silvestre Nesor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the match, Luis Rufo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emilio Luzaide. Stark's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Rufo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Desiderio Ricart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Emilio Luzaide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stark's Emilio Luzaide proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Stark from getting a goal against them. Emilio Luzaide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Ricart in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of Stark booed when Fulton FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelino Oro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patricio Benvido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Emilio Luzaide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Desiderio Ricart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 40th minute, Luis Rufo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Patricio Benvido in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emilio Luzaide, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Desiderio Ricart's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emilio Luzaide read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Luis Rufo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 59 played minutes Stark got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Ramond. After a defensive mix-up in Stark's zone, Desiderio Ricart stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Luzaide came out of the goal and Desiderio Ricart tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luis Rufo struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Emilio Luzaide didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fulton FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Silvestre Nesor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stark's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvestre Nesor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hernan Nardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fulton FC's Desiderio Ricart got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Luis Rufo came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Fulton FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Rufo couldn't finish the play. Hernan Nardo made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Evaristo Meder sent off a good shot on target. Luis Rufo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Luzaide having to interfere. Desiderio Ricart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Luzaide having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Stark's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Ricart came free, but Emilio Luzaide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Todor charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonathan Todor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonathan Todor hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Fulton FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
