Domingos Nalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Guerau having to interfere. Domingos Nalo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antonio Guerau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. The supporters of Pueblo Futbol Club booed when Tiaguas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dante Maju didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Isidoro Kinsen made a precise shot to the right of Antonio Guerau. Tiaguas AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 24th minute, Edelmiro Chano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 26 minutes, Edelmiro Chano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tiaguas AFC and the Pueblo Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Tiaguas AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Edelmiro Chano hit a great ball. Isidoro Kinsen got in the 27th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Antonio Guerau handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 28th match minute, Tiaguas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narciso Bazkoare to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the match, Tiaguas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Nalo came free, but Antonio Guerau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pueblo Futbol Club's Domingos Nalo got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edelmiro Chano made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Tiaguas AFC's goalkeeper Antonio Guerau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domingos Nalo. If Domingos Nalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidoro Kinsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonio Guerau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Kinsen in the 77th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Tiaguas AFC's Narciso Bazkoare got a free kick in the 78th minute. Domingos Nalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonio Guerau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Kinsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pueblo Futbol Club had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
