Delmar Salvatore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Transito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute Alfonso Oton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Salvatore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Rodolfo Transito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Delmar Salvatore was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. When Alfonso Oton came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Kraken FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfonso Oton couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute, Faustino Socorro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodolfo Transito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmar Salvatore having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodolfo Transito in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Delmar Salvatore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Delmar Salvatore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Oton in the 30th minute of play. Alberto Roano hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. The supporters of Olivia FC booed when Kraken FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Transito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melchor Quinten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melchor Quinten succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 45th playminute.

If Alfonso Oton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfonso Oton in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Olivia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kraken FC the free kick. In the 64th minute Melchor Quinten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Tanio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kraken FC's Miguel Tanio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Remicio in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes in the game, Alfonso Oton fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Delmar Salvatore having to interfere. With 71 minutes on the clock, Alberto Roano commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. When Tobias Foro fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kraken FC's protests and gave Tobias Foro a yellow card for diving instead. Tobias Foro hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 82nd match minute, Olivia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melchor Quinten to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Delmar Salvatore managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Kraken FC's Rodolfo Transito fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Miguel Tanio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorio Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Olivia FC's zone, Alfonso Oton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmar Salvatore came out of the goal and Alfonso Oton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The long shot by Aureliano Senin in the 96th minute really tested Delmar Salvatore's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.
