Atilano Marquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Eufemio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of A.T. SANTI booed when La Viola de Betito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niceto Tonete didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute of the match Oscar Iliana shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Atilano Marquez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, A.T. SANTI's Ovidio Ourente got control of the ball when Aquiles Galsino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emanuel Ekialde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Braulio Gilen hit a great ball. In the 31stth minute of the game Wilfredo Misael who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Viola de Betito's Atilano Marquez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Wilfredo Misael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aquiles Galsino might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ovidio Ourente. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aquiles Galsino ran back to his position shaking his head. After 40 played minutes A.T. SANTI got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Iliana. After recieving a nice pass, La Viola de Betito's Eloy Froylan tried to score from far away in the 41st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Emanuel Ekialde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Ekialde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute, Aquiles Galsino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 93 played minutes La Viola de Betito got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Gilen. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
