After 13 played minutes Sportivo Cristal got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Caradaro. Sportivo Cristal's Jimeno Lleir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Sasoin in the 14th minute of play. Santos Pelagius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jimeno Lleir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18thth minute of the game Jose Piearres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boeing's Enrique Froylan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Boeing's Enrique Froylan got control of the ball when Aurelio Castulo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Jose Piearres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sportivo Cristal's supporters rose to their feet, but Jose Piearres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Froylan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aurelio Castulo came free with the goalkeeper in the 33rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Enrique Froylan could save by the left post. When Aurelio Castulo came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Sportivo Cristal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Castulo couldn't finish the play. Sportivo Cristal's Aurelio Castulo got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the match, Boeing's goalkeeper Enrique Froylan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aurelio Castulo. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jose Piearres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Boeing's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Castulo came free, but Enrique Froylan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
