The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute of the match Teobaldo Xabel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Candido Gorosti skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Gervaso in the 8th minute of play forced Juanpi FUTBOL Pub's goalkeeper Rogelio Madeo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leandro Gervaso took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rogelio Madeo. Rogelio Madeo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Leandro Gervaso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Rogelio Madeo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Leandro Gervaso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rogelio Madeo was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Leandro Gervaso struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Rogelio Madeo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yacuchina AFC. Rogelio Madeo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Gervaso in the 34th minute of the match. Candido Gorosti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzalo Estevon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Aquilino Lain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leandro Gervaso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leandro Gervaso was the one to do the kick off. Gonzalo Estevon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Yacuchina AFC defense, Gonzalo Estevon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Candido Gorosti. The Yacuchina AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Candido Gorosti should have stopped the shot. Americo Gutxi kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Leandro Gervaso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Rogelio Madeo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Felipillo charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuel Felipillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th minute, Samuel Felipillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute of the match Teodosio Medardo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rogelio Madeo skillfully saved the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Juanpi FUTBOL Pub's goalkeeper Rogelio Madeo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Faustino Birila. Leandro Gervaso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Madeo having to interfere. Teobaldo Katia took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Candido Gorosti. Candido Gorosti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Teobaldo Katia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teobaldo Katia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Candido Gorosti having to interfere. Juanpi FUTBOL Pub's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
