Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Carmelo Jerrald made the kick off which started today's match. Bernabe Guillem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Argi having to interfere. With his leg Salvador Argi managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Rodero's Bernabe Guillem fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bernabe Guillem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Salvador Argi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvador Argi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Montrel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the game, Gerardo Endira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quitilipi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rodero the free kick. The supporters of Rodero booed when Quitilipi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Endira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th match minute, Quitilipi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Vidal to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Rodero's Alfredo Medina tried to score from far away in the 15th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Gerardo Endira kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Cirilo Cordarrell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dionisio Orlanda. Rodero's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cirilo Cordarrell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Cirilo Cordarrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Quitilipi FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
In the 53rd minute, Quitilipi FC's Cirilo Cordarrell dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Carmelo Jerrald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Salvador Argi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 minutes, Alfredo Medina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rodero and the Quitilipi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 66th minute Cirilo Cordarrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Orlanda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernabe Guillem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Salvador Argi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th of the match, Cirilo Cordarrell tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Dionisio Orlanda got in the way and made a wonderful save. Rodero's Dionisio Orlanda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Cordarrell in the 77th minute of play. Denis Vidal charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denis Vidal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Denis Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Alfredo Medina sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Quitilipi FC's Salvador Argi didn't even have to move. Dionisio Orlanda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Cordarrell in the 87th minute of play. After 88 minutes, Victorino Eguerdi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rodero and the Quitilipi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 88 played minutes Rodero got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Eguerdi. After a defensive mix-up in Rodero's zone, Romeo Sugoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dionisio Orlanda came out of the goal and Romeo Sugoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Denis Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Quitilipi FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
