Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Eneto in the 3rd minute of play forced Deportivo Lona FC's goalkeeper Paolo Ekain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Hibai in the 12th minute of play forced Niupi's goalkeeper Angelino Satordi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deportivo Lona FC's Ruperto Derwin got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Angelino Satordi came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Lona FC's Jonas Hibai. But to his dismay, Jonas Hibai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Salvador Unai came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Niupi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salvador Unai couldn't finish the play. Aristides Eneto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Paolo Ekain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angelino Satordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Derwin in the 23rd minute of play. Aristides Eneto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salvador Unai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Paolo Ekain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Aristides Eneto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paolo Ekain was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Niupi's Angelino Satordi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Hibai in the 30th minute of play. If Salvador Unai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Deportivo Lona FC's goalkeeper Paolo Ekain had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Salvador Unai. Niupi's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Venancio Botello in the 47th minute. The corner led Niupi's Venancio Botello to fire away a dangerous shot which Paolo Ekain despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After the first half Deportivo Lona FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

A collision led to Niupi getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Bruno Galtero hit a great ball. In the 54th minute, Ruperto Derwin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 57 minutes into the game, Niupi's Salvador Unai nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paolo Ekain made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Salvador Unai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aristides Eneto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the game, Haroldo Hori was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Lona FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Niupi the free kick. A collision led to Deportivo Lona FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Haroldo Hori hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, Salvador Unai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Celestino Suarez hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Eneto in the 77th minute of play forced Deportivo Lona FC's goalkeeper Paolo Ekain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Salvador Unai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristides Eneto in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paolo Ekain prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute of the match, Jonas Hibai tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Angelino Satordi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Salvador Unai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Derwin struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Angelino Satordi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Lona FC. The audience was convinced that Jonas Hibai's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Angelino Satordi was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. In the 97th minute, one of Deportivo Lona FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Deportivo Lona FC. For all the effort they put into the match, the Deportivo Lona FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Niupi.
