An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Hats in the 8th minute of play forced Patagones's goalkeeper Rogelio Jerold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, Narciso Pudes made a precise shot to the right of Nestor Gaitano. Tolloche FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Narciso Pudes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Patagones's supporters rose to their feet, but Narciso Pudes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nestor Gaitano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Narciso Pudes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaac Lawrence lost his temper 31 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Carolo Nayely stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nestor Gaitano. 0-2. 41 minutes into the match, Patagones's Narciso Pudes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nestor Gaitano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Patagones's Blas Errando got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Narciso Pudes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Blas Errando was the one to do the kick off. Leo Boniel helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Patagones getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Leo Boniel hit a great ball. Tolloche FC's Nestor Gaitano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blas Errando in the 95th minute of play. Rogelio Jerold stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isaias Hibai's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. Leo Boniel struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Nestor Gaitano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patagones. Patagones's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
