Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nunez Quirce got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Velez 100's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Breogan came free, but Filiberto Corderro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 5 minutes into the game, Bernardino Curcio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Halcones's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Velez 100 the free kick. Bernardino Curcio hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute, Atilano Matxin fired a really elegant long shot, but Isidro Gonsalvo threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. 8 minutes into the game, Roberto Oinatz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Halcones's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Velez 100 the free kick. In the 7th minute, one of Los Halcones:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Los Halcones. Los Halcones:s Isidro Gonsalvo showed great skill when he stopped Atilano Matxin:s penalty. Braulio Breogan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th minute of the match Atilano Matxin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isidro Gonsalvo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Breogan in the 32nd minute of play forced Velez 100's goalkeeper Filiberto Corderro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filiberto Corderro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Breogan in the 33rd minute of play. Los Halcones's Isidro Gonsalvo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Martinez in the 34th minute of play. After 37 played minutes Velez 100 got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Illan. In the 38th minute, Evaristo Fliz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 46 minutes into the match, Velez 100's goal looked a bit too open when Nunez Quirce came free, but Filiberto Corderro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnulfo Martinez was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Los Halcones's Braulio Breogan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Filiberto Corderro. Filiberto Corderro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. If Nunez Quirce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, Braulio Breogan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filiberto Corderro. Velez 100's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Braulio Breogan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Braulio Breogan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 71st minute Nunez Quirce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Corderro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Braulio Breogan in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Filiberto Corderro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 74 played minutes Los Halcones got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Illart. Isidro Gonsalvo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorio Cortez, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Gregorio Cortez charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gregorio Cortez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Velez 100 getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Gregorio Cortez hit a great ball. When Evaristo Fliz came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Velez 100 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Fliz couldn't finish the play. Isidro Gonsalvo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Martinez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute Gregorio Cortez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidro Gonsalvo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Los Halcones could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Velez 100 throughout the match.
