Gavino Cordaro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Agustin Ur. Los Lobos Union Deportiva's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 10th match minute, Los Lobos Union Deportiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eulalio Urko to maneuver through the defense. Eulalio Urko kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. The long shot by Efrain Gaitan in the 12th minute really tested Agustin Ur's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Mariano Gregory sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mariano Gregory had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Mariano Gregory's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agustin Ur was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feliberto Amato in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Efrain Fero saved C.A.BELGRANO from getting behind. C.A.BELGRANO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Teobaldo Arias ran over to the corner to take the kick. 30 minutes into the game, Andres Locaio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Lobos Union Deportiva's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.BELGRANO the free kick. Andres Locaio hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute Mariano Gregory shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustin Ur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Benjamin Jaunti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Lobos Union Deportiva's Agustin Ur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Los Lobos Union Deportiva from getting a goal against them. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariano Gregory stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee ignored C.A.BELGRANO's protests and gave Rogelio Mergildo a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 65 minutes, Benjamin Jaunti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.BELGRANO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Jaunti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 70 minutes C.A.BELGRANO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Teobaldo Arias who took care of the corner kick. In the 73rd minute, Benjamin Jaunti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A.BELGRANO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Feliberto Amato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Efrain Fero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Jaunti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustin Ur having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Mariano Gregory's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agustin Ur was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Mariano Gregory struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Agustin Ur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.BELGRANO. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
