Lorenzo Fero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Maurino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Firestarter FC's Lorenzo Fero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Maurino in the 8th minute of play. When Oscar Maurino came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Osma AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oscar Maurino couldn't finish the play. Evelio Abechuco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Fero having to interfere. Horacio Errapel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute, Horacio Errapel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oscar Maurino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Lorenzo Fero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lorenzo Fero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Maurino in the 26th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Evelio Abechuco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Osma AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Oscar Maurino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evaristo Chabier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Diaz in the 40th minute of play. Firestarter FC were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Osma AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ezequiel Gumaro took the corner. If Bartolo Tomi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leopoldo Diaz made a kick off. Horacio Errapel hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Osma AFC's Horacio Errapel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lorenzo Fero. That made the score 0-2 after 55 minutes of play. In the 59th minute Oscar Maurino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Fero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osma AFC's Horacio Errapel got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Horacio Errapel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oscar Maurino during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Firestarter FC booed when Osma AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Maurino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Firestarter FC's goalkeeper Lorenzo Fero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bartolo Tomi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Evaristo Chabier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 76 minutes, Bartolo Tomi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Firestarter FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartolo Tomi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leopoldo Diaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Evaristo Chabier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Faustino Jaizki charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Faustino Jaizki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Evelio Abechuco hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Maurino in the 97th minute of play forced Firestarter FC's goalkeeper Lorenzo Fero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Osma AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
