In the 31st minute Victorino Anaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislao Edorta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ladislao Edorta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Gabirel, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aquiles Gabirel in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ladislao Edorta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 41 minutes into the game, Donato Gaitan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Conquerors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mastropiero FC the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of The Conquerors:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mastropiero FC:s goal. In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for Mastropiero FC. Lisandro Orlondo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ladislao Edorta. 0-1. Cornelio Natanael struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Anier Guillem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Conquerors. After the first half Mastropiero FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

During the 61st minute of the match Donato Gaitan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Donato Gaitan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 62 played minutes The Conquerors got a freekick which was hit by Donato Gaitan. In the 69th minute, Victorino Anaya fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ladislao Edorta, passed just outside the right post. 70 minutes into the match, The Conquerors's goalkeeper Ladislao Edorta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aquiles Gabirel. 73 minutes into the game, Cristo Quinten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ladislao Edorta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Amadeo Acosta hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 84thth minute of the game Victorino Anaya who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Conquerors's Ladislao Edorta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mastropiero FC's zone, Cornelio Natanael stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anier Guillem came out of the goal and Cornelio Natanael tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
