Remigio Raymond was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Fernando Gutxi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fernando Gutxi really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. BURGUESES's Remigio Raymond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Demario in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Sixto Demario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomas Ubendu during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of BURGUESES booed when Lince Negro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Ubendu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alejandro Aimar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Osvaldo Palos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Lince Negro's Remigio Raymond threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sixto Demario, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alejandro Aimar struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Osvaldo Palos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BURGUESES. BURGUESES's Alejandro Aimar got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Sixto Demario made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match Abel Mogel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Remigio Raymond showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Isidoro Pabla who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Osvaldo Palos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 56th match minute, BURGUESES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabe Hodei to maneuver through the defense. Sixto Demario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Raymond having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Pabla got free with Osvaldo Palos in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Remigio Raymond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Demario, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 64 minutes into the game, Alejandro Aimar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Osvaldo Palos. Alejandro Aimar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. In the 70th minute of the match Abel Mogel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Remigio Raymond showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Sixto Demario had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remigio Raymond. BURGUESES's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sixto Demario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 77 minutes into the match, BURGUESES's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Demario came free, but Remigio Raymond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sixto Demario came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Lince Negro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sixto Demario couldn't finish the play. Sixto Demario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Raymond having to interfere. Laureano Procopio hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in BURGUESES's zone, Sixto Demario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remigio Raymond came out of the goal and Sixto Demario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fernando Gutxi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Isidoro Hug had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, BURGUESES's Laureano Procopio got a free kick in the 96th minute. Lince Negro's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
