Paulino Natal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Delmar Criston tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sergio Gonsalvo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abelardo Ramirez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abelardo Ramirez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Peli having to interfere. Dalmacio Peli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Gonsalvo in the 29th minute of the match. Paulino Natal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmar Criston having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Paulino Natal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Jairo Quexal fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Imperio's protests and gave Jairo Quexal a yellow card for diving instead. In the 35th minute, Jairo Quexal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 37 in the game by Baltasar Maidana from a close distance when the talented Delmar Criston managed to make a qualified save. Imperio's players were relieved. Delmar Criston made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Natal in the 43rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baltasar Maidana got free with Delmar Criston in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 49 minutes, Baltasar Maidana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crispi AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baltasar Maidana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sergio Gonsalvo was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Paulino Natal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crispi AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulino Natal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Imperio's Delmar Criston played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Maidana in the 59th minute of play. Jairo Quexal got his second yellow card in the match during the 61st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 62 played minutes Imperio got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Quexal. Abelardo Ramirez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Peli having to interfere. After 66 played minutes Imperio got a freekick which was hit by Blas Cresconio. Baltasar Maidana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmar Criston having to interfere. If Paulino Natal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Imperio's Delmar Criston played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Maidana in the 73rd minute of play. Delmar Criston stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulino Natal's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Celso Urdaspal's late challenge caught a Imperio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celso Urdaspal helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th match minute, Crispi AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Urdaspal to maneuver through the defense. Abelardo Ramirez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Imperio players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Crispi AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
