Sixto Franco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelino Hori in the 15th minute of the match. Sixto Franco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelino Hori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delmar Faron got in the 21st a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Angel Lamberto handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ciudacita FC's Oscar Tadzio got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Aldo Abad kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. When Ovidio Eleazar fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Solari's protests and gave Ovidio Eleazar a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ciudacita FC booed when Solari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Eleazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Ciudacita FC's Damian Quintyn tried to score from far away in the 27th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ariel Noe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Ciudacita FC's Angel Lamberto got control of the ball when Delmar Faron tried to sneak it across the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angelino Hori stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Ciudacita FC's Angelino Hori in the 54th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Sixto Franco was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Solari through an amazing save. 55 minutes into the match, Ciudacita FC's Benicio Evarado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sixto Franco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Ciudacita FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ciudacita FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
