Jonathan Gaspard was a little too slow when Artemio Meder got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benito Lorenz during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Benito Lorenz kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. The supporters of Fortin FC booed when Manturro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Orlondon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Teobaldo Veronica sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dalmacio Inguma skillfully saved the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Manturro FC's Ricardo Koldobika slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Gaspard. That made the score 3-1 after 35 minutes of play. Manturro FC's Dalmacio Inguma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Merexildo in the 39th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emanuel Merexildo to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Meder in the 55th minute of play forced Fortin FC's goalkeeper Jonathan Gaspard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Emanuel Merexildo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jorge Eguerdi hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Manturro FC's zone, Teobaldo Veronica stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmacio Inguma came out of the goal and Teobaldo Veronica tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the match, Manturro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Merexildo came free, but Dalmacio Inguma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Teodoro Ferrando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Fortin FC's Emanuel Merexildo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dalmacio Inguma. That made the score 4-2 after 70 minutes of play. Ricardo Koldobika received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Jonathan Gaspard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, Ariel Beila was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manturro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fortin FC the free kick. After 78 played minutes Manturro FC got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Beila. 80 minutes in the game, Teodoro Ferrando dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Emanuel Merexildo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 82nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.
