Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Delmiro Ebardo started the match with the kick off. Marcelino Ieltxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saturnino Cebo having to interfere. If Rosendo Quirze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot by Laureano Ticho from long distance, 9 minutes into the match, got Saturnino Cebo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 15 played minutes Herrera got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Confesor. Gondra FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Laureano Ticho in the 17th minute. When Marcelino Ieltxu, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 17 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Saturnino Cebo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelino Ieltxu in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saturnino Cebo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Herrera's Saturnino Cebo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Herrera from getting a goal against them. Rosendo Quirze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saturnino Cebo having to interfere. Rosendo Quirze in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Saturnino Cebo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience was convinced that Gustavo Lehior's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anastasio Lluc was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. After 35 minutes, Valentin Burni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Herrera and the Gondra FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anastasio Lluc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Ebardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Rosendo Quirze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Quirze in the 59th minute of play forced Herrera's goalkeeper Saturnino Cebo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Gondra FC's zone, Gustavo Lehior stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anastasio Lluc came out of the goal and Gustavo Lehior tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Saturnino Cebo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Ieltxu in the 65th minute of the match. Saturnino Cebo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Tulio in the 70th minute of play. Anastasio Lluc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmiro Ebardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute Marcelino Ieltxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Cebo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rosendo Quirze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 80th minute, Valentin Burni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saturnino Cebo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Ieltxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saturnino Cebo came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Gondra FC's Marcelino Ieltxu. But to his dismay, Marcelino Ieltxu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Saturnino Cebo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Quirze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herrera's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
