Chapadmalal's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugenio Perez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danilo Criston breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Danilo Criston showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Perez in the 27th minute of the match. When Emiliano Cortez fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chapadmalal's protests and gave Emiliano Cortez a yellow card for diving instead. Emiliano Cortez hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Danilo Criston took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Perez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robustiano Goi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Urdaspal, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute.
