Nemesio Berenguer ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 72 minutes, Ricardo Dalmau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DEPORTIVO RAYA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Dalmau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 73rd match minute, DEPORTIVO RAYA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Abar to maneuver through the defense. Milex's Leopoldo Totakoxe got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95thth minute of the game Nemesio Berenguer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Milex's Ramon Donostia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. DEPORTIVO RAYA's Enrique Bernabel pulled a muscle in his leg after 96 minutes and couldn't finish the game. There was no doubt that DEPORTIVO RAYA were the better team. DEPORTIVO RAYA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
