Gustavo Bernat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Venancio Frichoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 19 minutes of play, Brugo AFC's Lisandro Chorche made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eduardo Ibañez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eduardo Ibañez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Paskal in the 27th minute of play. Lisandro Chorche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eduardo Ibañez came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Brugo AFC's Marcelino Paskal. But to his dismay, Marcelino Paskal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Marcelino Paskal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Ibañez having to interfere. Teobaldo Lauren hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Eduardo Ibañez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Paskal in the 39th minute of the match. When Gustavo Bernat came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Canaleja fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustavo Bernat couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
Eduardo Ibañez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Chorche in the 51st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Marcelino Paskal put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Eduardo Ibañez. In the 60th minute Ruperto Rainerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Ibañez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lisandro Chorche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Ibañez having to interfere. If Lisandro Chorche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Chorche in the 66th minute of play forced Canaleja's goalkeeper Eduardo Ibañez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celso Kemen's late challenge caught a Brugo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celso Kemen helped the player get up and apologised. Celso Kemen hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Flavio Chale struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Eduardo Ibañez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brugo AFC. Venancio Frichoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Lauren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Brugo AFC's Octavio Guillem got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Gustavo Bernat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Brugo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Lauren came free, but Venancio Frichoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lisandro Chorche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eduardo Ibañez made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Octavio Guillem sent off a good shot on target. 95 minutes into the match, Brugo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Bernat came free, but Venancio Frichoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Brugo AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
