Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Efrain Pueblo took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Laureano Perutxo fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ceibas's protests and gave Laureano Perutxo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th minute, Orlando Escobar fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efrain Pueblo in the 15th minute of play forced Ceibas's goalkeeper Evelio Quico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benedicto Mede during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Ceibas getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Benedicto Mede hit a great ball. Orlando Escobar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Evelio Quico skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rogelio Bernebe's late challenge caught a Ceibas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rogelio Bernebe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute, Rogelio Bernebe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st match minute, Poblet AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Aznaro to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute, Laureano Perutxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximiliano Savier took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marciano Gumaro. Marciano Gumaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Samuel Bertin hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Ceibas's Evelio Quico got control of the ball when Orlando Escobar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Efrain Pueblo in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evelio Quico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ladislao Aznaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Poblet AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ceibas were winning 0-1.

Ceibas's Evelio Quico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Pueblo in the 51st minute of play. Efrain Pueblo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 61 minutes, Orlando Escobar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Poblet AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Escobar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Orlando Escobar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Maximiliano Savier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Maximiliano Savier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute, Edelmiro Urtsin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximiliano Savier got free with Marciano Gumaro in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Marciano Gumaro managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when Ceibas's Maximiliano Savier fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Efrain Pueblo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Evelio Quico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evelio Quico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Escobar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ceibas's Amadeo Pereyra got a free kick in the 89th minute. Edelmiro Urtsin's late challenge caught a Ceibas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edelmiro Urtsin helped the player get up and apologised. Maximiliano Savier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ceibas had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
