Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Blas Vachon started the match with the kick off. Enzo Merexildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 6th minute, Inocencio Gabino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esteban Mancio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evaristo Abaunza struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Amador Timo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ameghino AFC. Bandera's Amador Timo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Bandera from getting a goal against them. Enzo Merexildo might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amador Timo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enzo Merexildo ran back to his position shaking his head. Bandera's Amador Timo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Bandera from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Ameghino AFC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Denis Mancio hit a great ball. When Denis Mancio fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ameghino AFC's protests and gave Denis Mancio a yellow card for diving instead. Denis Mancio hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Benigno Guillem came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Bandera's Serafin Belo. But to his dismay, Serafin Belo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Esteban Mancio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bandera's goalkeeper Amador Timo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After some careless play in the Bandera defense, Esteban Mancio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amador Timo. The Bandera fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amador Timo should have stopped the shot. Amador Timo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Mancio in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bandera's goalkeeper Amador Timo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Serafin Belo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Benigno Guillem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filiberto Nevada hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After 68 minutes Ameghino AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edelmiro Jerardo who took care of the corner kick. Benigno Guillem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Nevada in the 69th minute of the match. Serafin Belo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Benigno Guillem made a huge save. In the 73rd minute Blas Vachon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Guillem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Ameghino AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Vachon came free, but Benigno Guillem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Blas Vachon in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benigno Guillem saved Ameghino AFC from getting behind. Enzo Merexildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Amador Timo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bandera's Blas Vachon in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ameghino AFC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Ameghino AFC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Denis Mancio hit a great ball. Bandera's Edelmiro Jerardo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 94th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Benigno Guillem but with some difficulty. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ameghino AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bandera had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
