Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gerardo Lluques started the match with the kick off. Teofilo Socorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Cayetano Cordarrol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gonnet FC's Cayetano Cordarrol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Lluques in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute Eusebio Patrido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Orlo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusebio Patrido struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Lino Orlo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gonnet FC. Dante Leobardo took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lino Orlo. Lino Orlo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Marcelino Irrintzi's late challenge caught a Gonnet FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcelino Irrintzi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Gonnet FC booed when Palomo Usuriaga AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Irrintzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaudencio Ibar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eusebio Patrido recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gerardo Lluques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Teofilo Socorro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gerardo Lluques blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cayetano Cordarrol having to make a save. Gaudencio Ibar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lino Orlo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. A collision led to Palomo Usuriaga AC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Angelino Dacio hit a great ball.

Cayetano Cordarrol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Lluques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaudencio Ibar in the 55th minute of play forced Palomo Usuriaga AC's goalkeeper Lino Orlo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 61 minutes, Teofilo Socorro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palomo Usuriaga AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Socorro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastian Leguizamón kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Delmiro Espiridion's late challenge caught a Palomo Usuriaga AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. A beautiful save bye Palomo Usuriaga AC's goalie prevented a goal. After 93 played minutes Palomo Usuriaga AC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Irrintzi. In the 96th minute of the match Gonnet FC got a corner. Palomo Usuriaga AC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sebastian Leguizamón ran over to the corner to take the kick.
