Isaac Gorri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Evis, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Anastasio Salomon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isaac Gorri having to make a save. After 15 played minutes Esfumados got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Esquipula. Nemesio Hug took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ciriaco Irrintzi. Esfumados's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ciriaco Irrintzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Peru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelio Salvatore got free with Isaac Gorri in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Esfumados booed when Molinitos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Haitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Molinitos FC's Isaac Gorri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Evis in the 53rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Geronimo Evis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Esfumados's supporters rose to their feet, but Geronimo Evis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaac Gorri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute Anastasio Salomon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Gorri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurelio Salvatore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amador Machado's late challenge caught a Esfumados's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amador Machado helped the player get up and apologised. Amador Machado hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Isaac Gorri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anastasio Salomon in the 70th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Geronimo Evis managed to get in a good position for a shot. After 85 minutes of play, Molinitos FC's Haroldo Abancens made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciriaco Irrintzi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 92nd minute, Feliberto Pacorro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Nemesio Hug came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Molinitos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nemesio Hug couldn't finish the play. The Molinitos FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
