Rodolfo Eufemio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th match minute, Chucuma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Gumaro to maneuver through the defense. The Chucuma players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dudignac were winning 0-1.

After 58 minutes of play Chucuma's Cristian Eguzki was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a defensive mix-up in Dudignac's zone, Gervasio Joseph stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenzo Farias came out of the goal and Gervasio Joseph tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jaime Garaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 played minutes Dudignac got a freekick which was hit by Celedonio Galtero. 91 minutes into the match, Dudignac's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Joseph came free, but Lorenzo Farias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Iturri in the 92nd minute of play forced Chucuma's goalkeeper Rodolfo Eufemio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Eugenio Cibran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodolfo Eufemio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Iturri in the 97th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Dudignac walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
