Esteban Sabin made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Leo Gar sent off a good shot on target. Ismael Berdoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Hever in the 34th minute of play. Leonides Vermudo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Tulumba FC's goalkeeper Esteban Sabin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leo Gar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Urbano Erauso during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 39 played minutes Salguero got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Erauso. After taking down the ball on Tulumba FC's corner Maximo Ourente fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ismael Berdoi quite easily take care of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roman Hever to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Tulumba FC's Roman Hever ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ismael Berdoi. Ismael Berdoi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 60th minute Romulo Orkatz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Sabin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Berdoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Hever, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Leonides Vermudo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Mauro Quiroga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute, Salguero's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Roman Hever fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niceto Maura in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismael Berdoi saved Salguero from getting behind. After some careless play in the Tulumba FC defense, Leo Gar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esteban Sabin. The Tulumba FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esteban Sabin should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Hever in the 87th minute of play forced Salguero's goalkeeper Ismael Berdoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salguero had won after a very even match.
