Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Benicio Boniel started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Modesto Senon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Suarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benicio Boniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benicio Boniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Suarez having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Benicio Boniel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 14 minutes into the game, Armando Chap was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Goyena's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave lascruces FC the free kick. Rigoberto Valerio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21st match minute, lascruces FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Aureo to maneuver through the defense. Rigoberto Valerio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Laureano Montae read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute Jeremias Aurre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Montae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Goyena's goal looked a bit too open when Benicio Boniel came free, but Ciro Suarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benicio Boniel in the 28th minute of play forced Goyena's goalkeeper Ciro Suarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Modesto Senon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benicio Boniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Suarez having to interfere. Modesto Senon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ciro Suarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Modesto Senon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Nunez Dantel managed to get in a good position for a shot. lascruces FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nunez Dantel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciro Suarez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Benicio Boniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jeremias Aurre to make the kick off. Laureano Montae showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Aurre, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Modesto Senon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 60 played minutes lascruces FC got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Dantel. Laureano Montae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Valerio in the 64th minute of play. When Modesto Senon came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the lascruces FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modesto Senon couldn't finish the play. Rigoberto Valerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the game, Jeremias Aurre cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Laureano Montae was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benicio Boniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Suarez having to interfere. In the 78th match minute, lascruces FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Senon to maneuver through the defense. After 82 played minutes Goyena got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Tadzio. If Benicio Boniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeremias Aurre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Laureano Montae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laureano Montae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Aurre in the 98th minute of play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Goyena were victorious despite being under pressure from lascruces FC for much of the match.
