Jonatan Deunoro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samuel Ioritz's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Irigoyen FC's Rosendo Dino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Burutzagi in the 7th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Irigoyen FC's Arturo Elivareo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonatan Deunoro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A hard shot 15 in the game by Jacinto Herena from a close distance when the talented Rosendo Dino managed to make a qualified save. Irigoyen FC's players were relieved. Jacinto Herena in the 16thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rosendo Dino, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Malagueño AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnulfo Deunoro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rosendo Dino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jacinto Herena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mateo Burutzagi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Dino having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mateo Burutzagi was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramiro Argi in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonatan Deunoro saved Malagueño AFC from getting behind. Mateo Burutzagi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Rosendo Dino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Samuel Ioritz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonatan Deunoro, 0-2. Rosendo Dino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Burutzagi in the 70th minute of the match. Malagueño AFC's Jonatan Deunoro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Malagueño AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 78th match minute, Irigoyen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Ioritz to maneuver through the defense. After 80 played minutes Irigoyen FC got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Ioritz. Malagueño AFC's Jacinto Herena got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Malagueño AFC booed when Irigoyen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Loiola didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Irigoyen FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
