The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Villars's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oscar Rivero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Villars's Francisco Belmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Rivero in the 70th minute of play. Cipriano Gentza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucas Muno in the 75th minute. Cipriano Gentza acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 76th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Hugo Mannuel. Cipriano Gentza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Bilintx in the 80th minute of the match. Francisco Belmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Rivero, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Los shakes's zone, Lucas Muno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cipriano Gentza came out of the goal and Lucas Muno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucas Muno who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Cipriano Gentza when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Francisco Belmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Madaleno in the 97th minute of the match.
