Teo Pudes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Martinez having to interfere. Saturnino Pueblo's late challenge caught a Rivera CARP's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saturnino Pueblo helped the player get up and apologised. Saturnino Pueblo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Victorio Danel hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Balde's goalkeeper Isidro Venerando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Matias Tonete recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eloy Atarrabi in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isidro Venerando saved Balde from getting behind. Isidro Venerando didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 32nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Victorio Danel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teo Pudes made a kick off. Ladislao Mateus charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Herminio Oier's late challenge caught a Balde's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 76th minute, Teo Pudes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Teo Pudes was extremely unlucky when he, in the 78th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Isidro Venerando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Atarrabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute.
