Esteve Martinez came out of the goal and Joaquin Estavan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Rivera CARP defense, Vicente Eyague kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esteve Martinez. The Rivera CARP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esteve Martinez should have stopped the shot. After 16 played minutes Lozano AFC got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Hanni. After some careless play in the Lozano AFC defense, Victorio Danel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Domingo Vasco. The Lozano AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Domingo Vasco should have stopped the shot. If Eloy Atarrabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esteve Martinez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Rosario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Vicente Eyague left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lozano AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Victorio Danel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingo Vasco having to interfere. In the 38th match minute, Lozano AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pastor Rosario to maneuver through the defense.
