Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Humberto Jordy kicked off to start the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 3 minutes into the game, when Eugenio Quiroga put in a rough tackle. Leonides Theobald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Serafin Bihar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Denis Gauargi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Romero in the 16th minute of play. Eriberto Nisio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Bihar having to interfere. The supporters of Miraflores booed when OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Nisio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Eriberto Nisio got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for OFF. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Cosme Alvarez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miraflores's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosme Alvarez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Gauargi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fausto Fagondo during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saul Romero made a kick off. If Evelio Afonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. Saul Romero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cosme Alvarez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Denis Gauargi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cosme Alvarez's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. In the 87th minute, Saul Romero made a precise shot to the right of Denis Gauargi. OFF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After 94 played minutes Miraflores got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Chepe. Denis Gauargi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Gauargi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosme Alvarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute.
