If Emanuel Frichoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Kattegat FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casimiro Felo should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Kattegat FC's zone, Emanuel Frichoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casimiro Felo came out of the goal and Emanuel Frichoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Emanuel Frichoso got free in front of the goal in the 84th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Casimiro Felo was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. David Hermon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Gerardo Lleir's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabriel Pueblo was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Gusanos FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
