Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Maxthlal's Osvaldo Venerando started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osvaldo Venerando during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 16 played minutes Maxthlal got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Venerando. Flavio Jon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Guillerme having to interfere. Osvaldo Venerando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 30 played minutes Ahorason13 got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Seme. Maxthlal's Enzo Gitano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Seme in the 38th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Flavio Jon notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Ahorason13's Zacarias Guillerme. Zacarias Guillerme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Eliseo Gonza fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maxthlal's protests and gave Eliseo Gonza a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, one of Maxthlal:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Maxthlal. When the match had been going on for 50 minutes, Ahorason13's Eustacio Baleren got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Enzo Gitano. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leon Gaitano was the one to do the kick off. Celedonio Muno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Zacarias Guillerme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Seme kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Zacarias Guillerme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Venerando in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Maxthlal's Eliseo Gonza got a free kick in the 68th minute. With his leg Zacarias Guillerme managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Maxthlal's Flavio Jon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Osvaldo Venerando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zacarias Guillerme was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Casimiro Ubarna hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. A collision led to Ahorason13 getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Leon Gaitano hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Osvaldo Venerando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maxthlal's supporters rose to their feet, but Osvaldo Venerando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zacarias Guillerme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th minute Osvaldo Venerando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Guillerme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Flavio Jon came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Maxthlal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Jon couldn't finish the play. Leon Gaitano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Gitano having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Maxthlal's Cristobal Gurutz got a free kick in the 101st minute. When Ahorason13's Leon Gaitano in the 102nd minute got a chance for a shot 102nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maxthlal's goalie prevented a goal. Ahorason13's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
