When Honorio Milian fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trapalcó AFC's protests and gave Honorio Milian a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Carbo booed when Trapalcó AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorio Milian didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Carbo getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Octavio Jaen hit a great ball. Octavio Jaen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trapalcó AFC's Anibal Lucila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roque Orixe in the 26th minute of play. Orlando Gonza made a great header on Carbo's corner, it was just that Trapalcó AFC's Anibal Lucila managed to reach the ball for a save. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eustacio Ibar to make the kick off. Roque Orixe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roque Orixe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Anibal Lucila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute Modesto Nazario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Lucila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diego Arano's late challenge caught a Carbo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
