Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gonzalo Corderro kicked off to start the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Miranda's Gonzalo Corderro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carolo George. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Joaquin Frasquito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilberto Kusko was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Miranda's Gilberto Kusko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Soin in the 20th minute of play. If Joaquin Frasquito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Miranda getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Severino Abajas hit a great ball. If Joaquin Frasquito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 31 minutes into the match, Joaquin Frasquito notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Miranda's Gilberto Kusko. Gilberto Kusko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Severino Abajas hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Muppets FC's Teo Huly tried to score from far away in the 38th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Gilberto Kusko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Frasquito, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Adrian Soin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Gonzalo Corderro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miranda's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonzalo Corderro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carolo George breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adrian Soin made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Muppets FC got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Frasquito. Miranda's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Adrian Soin scored to the left of an out of position Gilberto Kusko, making the score, 1-2. In the 58th minute, Adrian Soin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gilberto Kusko. The goal made the score 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Kiliz in the 62nd minute of play forced Muppets FC's goalkeeper Carolo George to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the game, Rogelio Figueroa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Muppets FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miranda the free kick. The supporters of Miranda booed when Muppets FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Figueroa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Miranda's Marco Primo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carolo George made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. After having played for 70 minutes, Adrian Soin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Muppets FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrian Soin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72ndth minute of the game Gonzalo Corderro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Muppets FC's Carolo George was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Marco Primo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilberto Kusko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquin Frasquito in the 86th minute. In the last second Gilberto Kusko throw himself and got hold of the ball when Adrian Soin in the 89thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 93rd minute, Clemente Kiliz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Soin in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilberto Kusko saved Miranda from getting behind. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Muppets FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
