Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marcial Misael started the match with the kick off. Honorato Eduino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Misael in the 7th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Maciel's Angelino Otoniel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Honorato Eduino. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. Angelino Otoniel came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Honorato Eduino could save by the left post. Angelino Walme kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 16th match minute, Maciel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres Duarte to maneuver through the defense. Arnaldo Chaime made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Dominguez in the 17th minute of play. Arnaldo Chaime showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Domingues in the 21st minute of the match. If Angelino Otoniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Honorato Eduino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Misael in the 36th minute of play. If Angelino Otoniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Angelino Walme fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored loma chaca pico y pala's protests and gave Angelino Walme a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to loma chaca pico y pala getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Angelino Walme hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teofilo Domingues in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnaldo Chaime saved Maciel from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teofilo Domingues stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Teofilo Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Chaime having to interfere. If Teofilo Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maciel's goalkeeper Arnaldo Chaime, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 80th minute, Domingo Gaueko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 92 minutes, Angelino Otoniel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maciel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelino Otoniel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Angelino Walme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Chaime having to interfere. loma chaca pico y pala's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
