Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cristo Kelemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Isauro having to interfere. Juan Abar scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Braulio Isauro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Juan Abar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Braulio Isauro was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. 10 minutes into the match, Elida's Cristo Kelemen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Braulio Isauro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 10 minutes, Silverio Martinez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esquel and the Elida players grew even worse after the yellow card. Braulio Isauro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristo Kelemen's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Abar in the 14th minute of play forced Esquel's goalkeeper Braulio Isauro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Juan Abar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Braulio Isauro. Esquel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Abar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Braulio Isauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Kelemen in the 20th minute of play. Braulio Isauro came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Elida's Juan Abar. But to his dismay, Juan Abar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Braulio Isauro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristo Kelemen, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Braulio Isauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Abar in the 27th minute of play. Silverio Martinez kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Cristo Kelemen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Silverio Martinez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute Juan Abar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Isauro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Cristo Kelemen notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Esquel's Braulio Isauro. Braulio Isauro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Braulio Isauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Abar in the 44th minute of play. The Esquel players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Elida were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan Abar to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Silverio Martinez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristo Kelemen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th match minute, Esquel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silverio Martinez to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute of the match, Cristo Kelemen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Braulio Isauro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 70 minutes, Felix Giraldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elida and the Esquel players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Elida's Felix Giraldo got a free kick in the 70th minute. Silverio Martinez struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Filiberto Palban didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esquel. Esquel's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Juan Abar scored to the left of an out of position Braulio Isauro, making the score, 0-6. Braulio Isauro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Juan Abar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 84 minute of play. Braulio Isauro made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Cristo Kelemen sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Juan Abar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elida's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Abar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Braulio Isauro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elida's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
