Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Baltasar Shepherd started the match with the kick off. After 2 minutes of play, Bruce FC's Federico Jayvier made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francisco Machado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arsenio Astigar made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Damaso Gaizkine sent off a good shot on target. Federico Jayvier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute, Silvestre Markel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 16 minutes into the game, Baltasar Shepherd was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Péngyou FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bruce FC the free kick. In the 16th match minute, Péngyou FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltasar Shepherd to maneuver through the defense. When Iker Peli fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Péngyou FC's protests and gave Iker Peli a yellow card for diving instead. Iker Peli hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Silvestre Markel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damaso Gaizkine blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arsenio Astigar having to make a save. Baltasar Shepherd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Arsenio Astigar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damaso Gaizkine could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Arsenio Astigar made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Bruce FC's zone, Baltasar Shepherd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arsenio Astigar came out of the goal and Baltasar Shepherd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Damaso Gaizkine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Arsenio Astigar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Bruce FC's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Shepherd came free, but Arsenio Astigar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Baltasar Shepherd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute of the match, Damaso Gaizkine got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arsenio Astigar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Silvestre Markel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Machado having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Federico Jayvier to strike the kick off in the second half. Silvestre Markel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Francisco Machado made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvestre Markel got free with Francisco Machado in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silvestre Markel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the game, Federico Jayvier recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Francisco Machado. Federico Jayvier showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Péngyou FC's Francisco Machado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Péngyou FC from getting a goal against them. In the 71st match minute, Bruce FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Bermudez to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Péngyou FC's Francisco Machado got control of the ball when Silvestre Markel tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Damaso Gaizkine managed to get in a good position for a shot. Péngyou FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Damaso Gaizkine was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arsenio Astigar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francisco Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Markel in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Gaizkine in the 80th minute of play forced Bruce FC's goalkeeper Arsenio Astigar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81stth minute of the game Damaso Gaizkine who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bruce FC's Arsenio Astigar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Baltasar Shepherd struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Arsenio Astigar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Péngyou FC. Péngyou FC's Francisco Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Jayvier in the 87th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvestre Markel got free with Francisco Machado in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Damaso Gaizkine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvestre Markel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Francisco Machado made a huge save.
