Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 7 minutes, Wilfredo Liberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lalo Cura F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilfredo Liberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 12 minutes into the game, Wilfredo Liberto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Blas Ortle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roque Romelio kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Bandidos FC's Santos Gelacio got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 32 in the game by Wilfredo Liberto from a close distance when the talented Blas Ortle managed to make a qualified save. Bandidos FC's players were relieved. If Wilfredo Liberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matias Tauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Udalaitz having to interfere. Blas Ortle made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Wilfredo Liberto sent off a good shot on target. Elvio Peli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matias Tauro to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Jacinto Oriol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Ortle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blas Ortle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Bemabe in the 52nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matias Tauro got free with Oscar Udalaitz in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elvio Peli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Blas Ortle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61 played minutes Bandidos FC got a freekick which was hit by Justo Bortzaioriz. Blas Ortle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Liberto in the 64th minute of play. When Generoso Ofelio fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bandidos FC's protests and gave Generoso Ofelio a yellow card for diving instead. After 73 played minutes Bandidos FC got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Matxin. If Wilfredo Liberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roque Romelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
