C.A.Belgrano's Salvador Semeno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save C.A.Belgrano from getting a goal against them. C.A.Belgrano's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Paolo Orkatz scored to the left of an out of position Salvador Semeno, making the score, 1-0. Ceferino Perrando hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After 20 played minutes C.A.Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Maxin. If Alfredo Maxin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute Generoso Hotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Semeno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Hector Chuan fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A.Belgrano's protests and gave Hector Chuan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Brinkmann booed when C.A.Belgrano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Chuan didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Generoso Hotz in the 38th minute of play forced C.A.Belgrano's goalkeeper Salvador Semeno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aaron Faron could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Salvador Semeno made a huge save. Generoso Hotz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Salvador Semeno came out and tried to block the shot, but Generoso Hotz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 41st minute. Generoso Hotz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aaron Faron's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Salvador Semeno firmly grabbed it by the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Generoso Hotz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Generoso Hotz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A.Belgrano's Salvador Semeno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. C.A.Belgrano's Salvador Semeno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Faron in the 53rd minute of play. One of C.A.Belgrano:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Brinkmann:s goal. Alfredo Maxin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 66 minutes, Fermin Dabi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.Belgrano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fermin Dabi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfredo Maxin kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Salvador Semeno didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aaron Faron went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.Belgrano's zone, Aaron Faron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvador Semeno came out of the goal and Aaron Faron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Generoso Hotz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salvador Semeno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Faron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Generoso Hotz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aaron Faron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Semeno having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Brinkmann had played much better football throughout.
