Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Gaston Mino started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute of the game Dario Reyes made a throw-in which Alejandro Mateus played forward. Joaquin Valerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Benigno Reyes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dario Reyes charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dario Reyes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 21 played minutes Real Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Dario Reyes. Leandro Iratxo made in the 31st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Jujuy's Modesto Mergildo. Jujuy's Benigno Reyes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Valerio in the 35th minute of play. When Gaston Mino came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Jujuy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaston Mino couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joaquin Valerio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joaquin Valerio was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 53rd minute. Real Palermo's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Joaquin Valerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rigoberto Cordeara scored 0-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benigno Reyes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leandro Iratxo got a throw-in 65 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Rigoberto Cordeara. In the 71st minute of the game Abelardo Goito made a throw-in which Joaquin Valerio played forward. Gaston Mino charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaston Mino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 74th minute, Gaston Mino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, Jujuy's goalkeeper Benigno Reyes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rigoberto Cordeara. Benigno Reyes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rigoberto Cordeara in the 82nd minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Real Palermo had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
